Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the research and development of new technologies, new processes, and new equipment and the continuous improvement of products;

2. Responsible for the early stage project design or review; evaluate the project development cycle, production and manufacturing cycle, technical risks, etc., and formulate efficient and feasible project plans;

3. Complete the preparation of technical documents such as technical agreements according to the research and development plan, and lead the mechanical drawing design, mechanical BOM formulation and other work in the project ;

4. Responsible for solving major technical problems in design, processing and debugging ;

5. Senior mechanical engineers are important team leaders ;

job requirements:

1. More than 5 years of experience in the development of non-standard automation equipment , proficient in mechanical mechanics, mechanical structure, mechanism design and theory

2. Proficient in using solidworks for 3D modeling and simulation , engineering drawing design and output of working drawings, building parts library, and dynamic simulation design

3. Be proficient in the national standard library of mechanical parts, have rich experience in mechanism design, and have a comprehensive understanding of machining-related processes, commonly used materials, surface treatments, standard parts selection principles, etc.;

4. Proficient in the selection and performance prediction of automation-related components such as servo motors, reducers, pneumatic components, linear motors, bearings, synchronous belts, screw rods, guide rails, etc.

5. Have strong communication, organizational and coordination skills, strong hard-working spirit, good teamwork and professionalism, and be passionate about product research and development work

6. Able to adapt to business trips
